Exception — Support Services: We may share mobile information with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as customer service, appointment scheduling, or SMS delivery platforms. These subcontractors are contractually obligated to use your information solely to provide the requested service to VOLT and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting us directly (see Section 9). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

  1. How We Share Information & Third-Party Protection Standards

Aside from the mobile information restrictions above, we may share your information with service providers and subcontractors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, scheduling software, analytics tools, customer support, and hosting providers).

Data Protection Standard: We require all third-party service providers with whom we share your data to provide an equal level of data protection as set forth in this Privacy Policy. These parties are contractually prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than providing services to VOLT.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

We may also share information with legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or in connection with a business transfer (e.g., a merger or sale of assets). We do not sell your personal information.
